Amedeo d'Angelo, Chairman of the Board

Amedeo has spent a large part of his career in executive positions in high-tech companies. 

After spending 13 years working in the semiconductor field, with AMD (Advanced Micro Devices) and at the head of Samsung’s European Operations, he joined the smart card industry where he held several senior management positions, including those of President of Gemplus International part of the Gemplus group now Thalès. He founded Incard and was the COO of Oberthur Card Systems.

He was also a major player in the security payment and mobility markets holding posts of CEO of the Ingenico Group, Mobileway and Intelcav.

He is currently President and CEO of Inside Secure, a company specialized in Secure Software for ePayments, Mobile and IoT.

Amedeo was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Linxens in 2013.

Christophe Duverne

Christophe Duverne / President and CEO

Christophe was appointed Linxens President and Chief Executive Officer in October 2011. Under his leadership, Linxens’ revenue has grown from €150M to more than €400M in 2018, through a combination of organic growth and multiple acquisitions.

Christophe has more than 25 years’ experience in high-tech companies. Prior to joining Linxens, he spent 10 years with NXP Semiconductors where he held a number of senior management positions, and from 2006 to 2009, was Senior Vice President and General Manager of NXP Semiconductors’ Identification Business Unit, before joining FCI Microconnections as Corporate Vice-President and General Manager.In 2011, FCI Microconnections was acquired by Astorg Partners and became Linxens.

Arnaud Brunetière / Senior Vice-President FTA (Finance Transport Access)

Arnaud was appointed Linxens Senior Vice-President of Finance, Transport and Access Business Unit in December 2018.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector, Arnaud has held positions including Production Supervisor, Lean Manager, Production Line Manager and Plant Director with Valeo, an automotive supplier, as well as Industrial Operations Director with solar panel manufacturer, Tenesol, now SunPower. 
During his international career, Arnaud has worked in Spain, the United States, Japan and the United Kingdom.
Prior to his current position, he was the Group Operations Vice President from 2012 –2018.

Cuong Duong

Cuong Duong / Chief Financial Officer

Cuong was appointed Linxens Chief Financial Officer in 2011, with his scope covering both Finance and IT.
Cuong has more than 20 years’ international experience, of which more than 10 have been spent in the smart card industry. 
He has held senior financial positions at Faurecia, Western Union International, Schlumberger (Axalto) and Philip Morris/Kraft General Foods.

Prior to his current appointment, Cuong worked at FCI Microconnections, which became Linxens in 2011, where he was Corporate Vice President and Group Controller from 2007.

Eric Eymard / Senior Vice-President Innovation

Eric was appointed Linxens Senior-Vice President Innovation in 2018 and Senior Vice President of the Lighting Solutions Business Unit in 2019
Eric started his career in 1995 as Technical Director, before becoming Plant Director of an industrial group specializing in surface treatments for the electronics sector. He also set up a printed circuit board manufacturing factory in Tunisia. 
From 2008 to 2014, Eric was General Manager of Microtech, a subsidiary of the Interplex group who wanted to develop its smart card connector business.
In 2014, Linxens acquired Microtech and Eric was appointed Vice President for Business Development.

Roland Guillemain

Roland Guillemain – VP Central R&D


Roland was appointed Central R&D VP in July 2019.
Roland has more than 21 years’ experience within the Linxens Group, having worked in both the Operations and R&D functions.
He joined Linxens in FCI Microconnectors in 1998 as Process Engineer, before becoming the Industrialization of New Products Manager. Between 1998 and 2003, he carried out various missions, including creating a laboratory to expand in-house internal analysis capabilities. From 2004 – 2008, Roland worked as pioneer employee in the Singapore Changi Plant as Operations Manager, in charge of the manufacturing, purchasing and quality. Roland moved back to France in 2008 when he was tasked to set up a new Project Management Team to deploy project management tools. Prior to his current position, he was in charge of the R&D for the SCS Business Unit, a position he continues to hold today.

Ralf Henn / Senior Vice-President E-Government


Ralf was appointed Linxens Senior Vice-President of the Government Business Unit in 2014.
Ralf has more than 20 years’ experience in the card and RFID industry. 
From 2000 to 2003, he was Project Leader at Lucchesi S.P.A. (Italy), before joining Multipolaris as regional head of system integration for national ID projects from 2003 to 2006. In 2006, he joined Smartrac, where he held several management roles in Sales and Business Development. Smartrac SIT, a division of Smartrac, was purchased by Linxens in 2017.

Laurent Lafargue

Laurent Lafargue / Senior Vice-President SCS (Smart Connect Solutions)


Laurent was appointed Senior Vice-President of the Smart Connect Solutions Business Unit in 2017.
Laurent has more than 20 years’ expertise in the electronics industry.
He started his career with Infineon as a Field Sales Engineer for the automotive segment. During his 11 years with Infineon, he also held the position of Key Account Manager, in charge of the Gemalto (now Thalès) and Oberthur & Morpho (now Idemia) accounts at the European level and thus gained extensive knowledge of the smart card industry.
In 2010, Laurent joined FCI Microconnections, which became Linxens in 2011, as Sales Manager Europe, and prior to his current position he was Vice President for the Europe and North America region.

Arnaud Lay / General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer


Arnaud was appointed Linxens General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in January 2016.
Arnaud started his career as a lawyer with the Pechiney group, where he stayed for six years before joining the Materis group as Director of Legal Affairs in 2002.

Jean-Louis Potier

Jean-Louis Potier / Vice President Central Operations

Jean-Louis was appointed Vice President Central Operations in December 2018  Jean-Louis graduated from Arts et Métiers (French engineering school) and from INSEAD (MBA). Senior executive with 23 years extensive international hands-on experience in operational turnaround and improvement, change management, project management and mergers and acquisitions. He has a deep industry expertise in the areas of water engineering, software, media and advertising-driven businesses and manufacturing industries (printing, electronics). Before joining Linxens he was Director for Special Projects and Post Merger Operations for Amphenol. Based in Singapore, he joined Linxens in February 2017,  in charge  of the Post Merger Integration of Smartrac SIT. In his present position as VP Central operations,  he leads group's activities for purchasing, supply chain, quality and EHS.

Quentin Pretet / Vice President Strategy & Transformation

 

Quentin was appointed Vice President Strategy & Transformation  in February 2018. Quentin started his career in Strategy consulting where he spent 10 years across several industries including Aerospace & Defence or Automotive, his last experience was at Arthur D. Little in the Industry & Technology practice. Quentin joined Linxens in 2016 to be in charge of the Strategy department before taking also the responsibility of the Transformation program.

Benoit Ravier

Benoit Ravier / Senior Vice President Global Sales

Benoit was appointed Senior Vice President Global Sales in September 2019. He has held several international leadership positions in program and business development over the last 15 years. He has a deep knowledge of secure connections 'broad ecosystem that he acquired through his career in companies including Oberthur, Morpho (both now known as Idemia) and NXP, where he held several senior management positions. Prior to joining Linxens, Benoit was Head of Business Development EMEA & SAPAC for IoT, Security, Connectivity, Payment, ID & Smart Mobility Retail at NXP Semiconductors.

Patrick Roux / Senior Vice-President Human Resources and Communications

Patrick was appointed Linxens Senior Vice-President of Human Resources and Communications in 2019.
Patrick has more than 20 years’ experience in Human Resources in high-performing, fast-paced, matrix organizations.
His HR experience spans several sectors including Telecom, Semiconductors, Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical, where he has held several senior HR positions in large multinationals including Motorola, Freescale Semiconductor and Mylan.  Prior to joining Linxens, Patrick was Vice-President HR, Europe and Canada for Smith & Nephew, based in Switzerland.
